Being down at some point is inevitable, we all have to agree to this. However, feeling guilty for that downtime is almost a certainty especially if you are a person with a lot of work to get done.
Sometimes, even just showing up is not an option as much as you’d want it to be and this is usually a hard pill to swallow.
