It’s okay not to be okay!
Sometimes we get knocked down and it’s hard to continue to be ourselves. This is natural and is okay.
However – it should not be a long-term thing!
It should never be something that is sustainable and permanently changes you for the worse. This could result in confusion, loss of confidence, loss of worthiness, loss of ambition, and damaged relationships.
At the same time, you need to balance it out. You want to get back to being yourself but not without addressing all your thoughts, emotions, and feelings. If you don’t, they will get bottled-up.
