This week marks a special milestone as it’s our 150th
We start with football, where a fantastic Ella Toone goal kick started Manchester United in winning their first Women’s FA Cup. For their male counterparts a 1-0 loss to Arsenal amidst the Old Trafford floods means it’s advantage Man City over the Gunners in the final week of the Premier League.
In Rugby Union the play off chase also goes to the final
In Tennis, Novak Djokovic managed to get knocked out twice- firstly from a metal water bottle and secondly from 29th seed Alejandro Tabilo!
Our guest this week is Simon Cowlard, who has raised over £26,000 for Multiple Myeloma since being diagnosed with the blood cancer in early 2022. Simon returns to give us an update on his journey, as well as share his latest fundraising effort, which will see him and a team of friends walking between the grounds of all London’s Premier League and Football League clubs.
A brilliant story to cap off our milestone episode!
