It’s perception not belief

It is not our experiences that form beliefs.

It is our perception of the experience (it is how we view or translate to ourselves the person, place or thing ) that formulates a belief(s).

In this video I share an example of how our emotions play a huge role in how the mind perceives things.

The way your mind translates information is a seek peak into someone’s level of consciousness as well as your own.

To get ahead of your own subconscious limiting beliefs, begin to intentionally pay attention to your thoughts and then question the root of that thought. This helps build self awareness.

For every thought you think is not absolute or true.

Be Mindful.
