I had the privilege to interview Ms. Jaimie Barbot who worked in the hotel/hospitality industry for 18 years, just for one company.  When COVID impacted her hotel, most staff were laid off......except for her.  Not working for free, she changed jobs within the same industry..but did not stay at that job long.  Jaimie took a shot, and was able to find another job in a completely different industry. AND the job didn't start for a couple of months  She decided to take some time off from work and began elevating to the upward mobility within herself.
