Abraham and Sarah were blessed by God in every way and carried covenant promises of a great future.  The one thing that they did not have was children - Sarah was barren.  God came and told Abraham that by this time next year Sarah will have her promised son.  I believe we are in a prophetic season where God is saying again that "It's Sarah's time!"
