It's Second Chance Month and Sammy Perez from Prison Fellowship Ministries is asking everyone to rethink how we look at those who have served time in prison.

Perez takes an approach that includes Christian theology, public policy, and public safety into the conversation in arguing for better opportunities for those who have committed crimes and served their sentences.
