🧇 CLASSIC SWEDISH WAFFLES (RECIPE)

Ingredients:

• 120 g flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• 400 ml milk
• 100 g melted butter

1. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt
2. Add half the milk and whisk until smooth
3. Add remaining milk and mix well
4. Stir in melted butter
5. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes
6. Cook in a waffle iron until golden

🍓 SIMPLE STRAWBERRY JAM

Ingredients:

• 250 g strawberries
• 30–40 g sugar
• 1–2 tbsp water

1. Chop strawberries
2. Add all ingredients to a pan
3. Simmer for 10–15 minutes
4. Mash slightly
5. Let cool before serving

Serve warm waffles with:

• Fresh whipped cream
• Strawberry jam
• Fresh berries
