Since I began in 2012, writing and publishing books, a blog and of course, the launching of my podcast, Discovering and Living the Best Version...of YOU, no theme has been more timely and necessary to address than the three "tasters" I alluded to in this week's episode. The band-aid solutions to life's most prominent challenges, along with mankind's best thinking have shown themselves to be lacking at best, impotent at the worst! It's time for us to release all that has built up over time and deprives us of becoming the best version of ourselves!
