We saw Utah's Governor Herbert declare a state of emergency in light of the soaring number of Covid-19 cases, calling for a statewide mask mandate, among other requirements, to try to help what is becoming an untenable situation. KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson asked her guests what they thought about the governor's move and about the state we are in.
