I have a theory that we're letting our brains self sabotage our potential before we've even begun. How often do you have a great idea, only for your brain to shut it down and come up with excuses (or really good reasons why we should start next year... and definitely not today).
In episode 2 of our winter season, we're talking about dreaming bigger. Letting go of the 'how' and imagining the 'what'. Let's see what we can imagine for ourselves without any restrictions.
