We all have times in our lives that people have encouraged us to push to that next level, to try a little harder and complete that goal.
Some of us it was when we were kids and our parents, teachers, or coaches would do this.
I have heard my son on many occasions say to himself " Come on Kesler you got this". This is something that really inspires me to do the same.
Its time to begin to encourage yourself to do the things that you want to do, this can be done with rewards along the way or even just encouraging words everyday.
