Through my personal experiences and work experiences, this has been a constant challenge. Many of us feel like we can't open up to our parents about important things such as mental health. Well on todays episode, Dear Tamil Parents, I provide some helpful tips to help parents create a safer space for their children. I also address common stigmas in our south asian Tamil communities.
