Today I’m taking you on a tour of our finished flip. Last time, we went through the home when it was mid-way through and I can’t wait to show you how it turned out.  Take a look at the video above to see a tour of the finished product!  We put in some great new landscaping out front and added a new door and light fixtures. Inside, the kitchen turned out great! We added some great tile flooring and fantastic cabinets with lots of storage. We also successfully moved the location of the fridge and put in level three granite countertops that we got for a great price. The sliding glass door that led to the outside was replaced with space for the fridge and a nice, new door that easily opens onto the patio area in the backyard. We also decided to put a great sliding barn door feature in the kitchen, which turned out fantastic.  This is going to make a perfect home for someone. I was originally planning to use the same tile for the kitchen backsplash and for the fireplace, but we had some leftover flooring tile from the kitchen and bathrooms that we used instead. I think it turned out beautifully, and the custom mantle helps pull the whole look together.  Upstairs we added new, plush carpet and ceiling fans to every room. We also added functional switches for the fans and lights, which the home didn’t have before.  In the bathrooms you’ll see that great tile we used for the center of the fireplace, along with new vanities, backsplash, and mirrors.  We also painted all the rooms for a nice, cohesive look.  We had to completely redo the backyard area. We took out that terrible deck, added new siding, put down new soil, and seeded. The grass is growing in and I think the whole yard turned out pretty great.
