Today's episode is an important one. Our hearts have been broken to learn about the death of tWitch and so many others that have taken their own lives. As a community we need to have compassion and understanding for those who are suffering. This is a huge wake up call to all of us that no matter how happy someone is, they can still be fighting daily battles. Monica shares her own battles with Mental Health and wants to continue to open this conversation so that people know they are not alone.
