Life is a funny thing.  We hit stages where we start to question choices.  In my mid-thirties, I realized that I needed to do things differently and live bolder.  This past weekend I got a reminder of this when I realized someone I used to listen to in my childhood passed away at the age of 43.  I am 41 and this scared me. I spoke in September about the 2 self's we all have.  Well, since then, I have done quite a bit of research into this topic and have learned a lot from the famous psychologist Carl Jung.  In his works, he talks a lot about the Persona and the Shadow.  The 2 sides we all have.  What I have found most interesting is the fact that the integration of the two is what makes man so powerful.
