How to be productive and keep your sanity is a mystery many fail to solve. I have a few ideas that may help you.

Life is too short and too precious to give it away. Let me explain.

By give it away I mean to hand over the life you have now and in the future to someone else. To surrender your destiny so to speak.

To instill in your belief system that the good things in life are always destined for someone else not you is in my opinion a recipe for disaster. 

If you believe your life is going to be crap it invariably will or at least it will to you.

To start on the road to leading the life you want you first have to accept responsibility for everything that happens in your life. 

Rather than blaming someone or something else for the results you're getting sit down and take a hard look at what you did or didn't do and what you could have done that would have delivered a more desirable outcome for you.
