When the brain disconnects from feelings, it's difficult to own up to mistakes, leaving the apology that you seek, trapped behind unaddressed & unresolved pain. A central part of this episode is the guided meditation hypnosis. I walk you through a self-reflection exercise where you will revisit your past relationship, examine what attracted you to them, and uncover self-sabotaging patterns that may have held you back.
