I see so many adults that have stopped dreaming, stopped working hard, stopped challenging the norm, and stopped trying to get better and instead of figuring out how to win and continuously improve; I see ppl settling for making excuses, accepting status quo, relying on tenure to elevate or keep them relevant using the term busy as a replacement for productive and expect a trophy just for showing up.
