@itslizmiu is one of the OG food influencers in Australia, who was already building a following well before most people knew that food blogging could actually be a career.
She has a whopping 130k followers on Instagram and her transition into regular video content is seeing her gather an expanding Youtube following, already sitting at 24k subscribers.
I was lucky to have met Liz through the influencing world years ago and given how down-to-earth she is, we instantly clicked! Despite knowing her for years, it was a shock to find out that from imposter syndrome!
On this podcast, she talks about her insecurities around her page and self-image. Ever wondered which brands you should/ shouldn’t work with? Liz talks us through the way she ‘audits’ brands before working with them.
Plus she gives us a little IRL tip she used to use to get her smoothie’s looking fa-resh in the days before there were a million filter apps to choose from. Hint: it involves blueberries and her tongue.
Liz Miu is a vegan cook, baker and food-fanatic vegan from Sydney who celebrates how delicious a vegan life can be. Liz is best known for collaborating and consulting with vegan cafes and eateries all across Sydney. She founded Mylk and Bun, a vegan cinnamon scroll market stall, which is currently taking the Sydney vegan scene by storm with its delicious flavours. She loves a good bowl of pho, growing her own vegetables and of course, having fun with it!
