With this year's theme, I have created a series of 10 conversations to talk about aspects of one's career that are beyond the typical job search. I am very appreciative to welcome as my fourth guest Petra Arends-Paltzer PhD.

Petra is an experienced banker and lawyer and has specialized in the area of digitalization. She is the founder of www.davosdigitalforum.ch and of www.rolemodelrebels.com. In addition, she co-founded www.swisslegal.tech. For these efforts she received in 2018 the award "Woman of Legal Tech 2018" and in 2020 she was also awarded "European Woman of Legal Tech". She has a deep understanding and extensive knowledge in the current digital marketplaces and landscapes, especially in Legal; Gov + Reg Tech but also in "Smart City" environments/topics. She is the co-author of a bestselling book "Digital Transformation and Legal Transformation". Personally, she is interested in topics that center around democratization through digitization. She loves cooking and yoga! In my conversation I talk with Petra about mentoring for young professionals, skills learned working abroad and/ or with diverse teams, her own It's Possible statements and more.
