Without a doubt, it is important to take care of our bodies! Our bodies are essentially the vehicles that help us navigate through life. Taking care of our bodies the best we can through eating healthy food  and doing exercises that stimulate us ensures we keep our life navigation machine in check. 

On this episode I have a conversation with my friend and fitspiration, Itumeleng Tefu. I call her my fitspiration because she inspires me to take better care of my body by eating right, moving and getting fit, hence the title of this episode is "fitspiration". Though she argues this is not a real word, she's still my fitspiration! 

Itumeleng takes us on a journey from when she decided to start working out and building healthier eating habits. She gives practical examples of choices she made in her pursuit to find what works for her and her body.
