Itzel has been intrigued by sales since she was a young child.  Her interest has continued and grown throughout her life.  She always knew she wanted to have her own business.  At 24 she started her own restaurant, a snack bar called "The Break".  She envisions The Break as a place where people gather, eat nourishing food and relax their minds.
