Ivan Lim is the founder of and a teacher at NextGen Academy, an online school (focused on math and add maths) centred around the philosophy that every student can unlock their highest potential. Besides that, Ivan also runs a snack business (Hou Sek Gourmet Snacks) and previously ran a cafe. He joins us on the show to discuss what “highest potential” means and the lessons he’s learned from unsuccessful business endeavours.
