Soltopia is an event introduced by the Isla Vista Community Services District (IVCSD) following the Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors' unanimous vote in favor of a noise ordinance during Deltopia weekend. The new music festival aims to offer a sanctioned alternative for Isla Vista's residents to partake in April 4th, the Saturday of Deltopia weekend.
