After the death of the family patriarch and business mogul, Mr Logan, the real power struggle began among his family on who would have a say and whose ideas would be considered right. The end of the ‘Succession’ TV series Season 4 shows that as much as family businesses are often praised for fostering a sense of unity and dedication, they may end up in disharmony, betrayal, and fighting. With time, these businesses may expand and transform into family conglomerates, which resemble more of a monarchy rather than a democratic business structure. Power and decision-making become concentrated within the hands of a few family members, limiting outside perspectives and potentially harming the business.

Join us on part 2 of this series that was on HBO for a while. The show is a peek into the life of the Roy family, who own a massive media company. He is an expert in talking about movies and shows. You might have seen his stuff in The Cinema Spot and The DisInsider, and he also hosts The DisInsider's News podcast.
