Today I had quite a fall after church. I feel down three brick steps😳😳😳....cut my toe and scraps on my leg. A swollen leg, thigh, and ankle....but guess what, I got up, and I have a word just for you😉

Hi Listeners! I’m a single mom of twins, full time RN case manager for a HMO and full time graduate student and future FNP. It’s my goal to be authentic in my journey through motherhood, dating, career building, and weight management.
