Power, seen and unseen, we must use it wisely.

Today, Brett speaks to the fact that much of what we do as interpreters transfers to all situations, even to different countries. Our interpreting process takes into account cultures, norms and of course language use. This applies even across borders.
We also learn of horizontal violence, online and verbal attacks within our profession. Her research can help us start improving our communication with colleagues to enrich each other rather than to tear us down.

Next week we conclude the interview with Brett Best with a look into her life in the UK and more.
