Building a Team's DNA: Our team, diverse in disciplines and time zones, navigated through the typical storming, norming, and performing stages. We embraced our different talents, and our meetings transcended traditional brainstorming, evolving into sessions rich with shared knowledge and collaborative energy.

The Role of Compassionate Leadership: With my background as a management consultant and professional coach, I focused on being a strategic advisor, empathetic listener, and coach.  By asking powerful questions and fostering continuous learning, I helped guide the team through challenges, ensuring every voice was heard and valued.

Technical Integration and Mindfulness: Aligning with technical experts and AI architects, we ensured our AI solutions were innovative but also practical and feasible. I brought in mindfulness, even in moments of tension, recognizing the importance of listening and reflecting on different perspectives.
