For the signature challenge, the bakers were tasked to make 36 identical chocolate florentines.
The technical challenge, set by Prue, required the bakers to make 12 hand-shaped coconut macaroons; six to be filled by a mango curd, while the other six are to be filled with chocolate.
For the showstopper challenge, the bakers were tasked to create a beautiful 3D biscuit table setting to represent a memorable meal they had in the past.
