So goes the culture, so goes the company." .... Anyone who has tried to change the culture of a team, an organization, or a company can testify to the truth of this. The top leadership and WHO they are being, and their INTEGRITY will dictate the success of the organization. .... C.S. Lewis said it best: "Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching." If the leaders lack integrity, the organization's ability to succeed is small to none. How's YOUR integrity?
