The wait is over! Fran Schindler of the Final Exit Network joins the show to talk about her roles as an Exit Guide and what the network does for people with serious illness or disease. Fran describes it much better, but an Exit Guide’s job is to make sure that no one leaves this world alone. On the podcast we discuss what it is that the guides do and (most importantly) don’t do, giving people a friend to confide in while ending their life, the background process to be approved by the network, the preferred method of ending your life, legal trouble by the network and so much more.
