Today we hang out with Izzy from Izzy Barbecue, THE KING of BBQ. No literally, he actually won first place in the Bristo King competition.
Izzy's is an award-winning smokehouse in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn. Izzy is the pit master and he brings a local twist to a Southern tradition, combining simple ingredients with quality meats to create a unique and laid-back dining experience for the BBQ lover.
He's a restaurant entrepreneur. He opened up three restaurants and under four years, this guy is the best and it's I many a time have eaten in his restaurants. Today we talk about growing businesses, brands, what it takes to become number one in this very, very fierce and competitive market.
