Born and raised a Southern Californian pastor's kid I did what most smart people do, I moved to Texas. Over the course of my life, I have served, observed, and learned from some of the most influential leaders across the nation. From pastors kid to political communications director, from editorial creator and broadcast executive, I have been blessed to see the priceless media engaging moments and the humbling disasters of leaders. As I spent a great deal of time being both the collateral damage to horrible leadership and the spearhead to massive growth it has been my privilege to learn, grow, and now share how humans best respond under extreme stress, crisis, and victorious advances. As a Christian, businesswoman, wife, mother, step-mother, pastor's daughter, and sibling I'll share with you just how we get the data that helps us be leaders and not responders.
