For the inaugural episode, Sylvia had the privilege and pleasure of interviewing J. Rycheal about what wholeness means to her. J is a Black Queer artist, writer, storyteller, creative director and cultural strategist. J hosts his own podcast called the Prodigal Son, available on all platforms, and also describes herself multi-disciplinary creative and emotional wellness advocate. J was a PERFECT keynote guest for the Revolution of Wholeness. We talked about how wholeness shows up in our work, love lives, and how it’s a generational practice that requires compassion, grace and even ancestral veneration.
