Joe Lugo is the owner of J^3 Creations, which specializes in leadership, diversity and inclusion awareness, and accountability coaching through consulting, training, education, coaching, and strategizing services. He is known for his passion for writing, speaking, diversity & inclusion, and the Latino and Deaf communities, as he spends the majority of his time serving there. Joe has a passion for learning as he has completed three degrees and is in the process of completing another. He is a published author with over 25 years of leading, ministry, sharing and teaching all that he has learned through his experiences and his faith. He lives in Florida with His wife.
