Welcome to this episode with Jac O'Keeffe. Jac talks with john about her insights and also the new organisation she set up with others called the ASI.

Jac is an authentic and very intuitive teacher who cares deeply about her teaching and students.

Jac talks about the locked in trauma that can prevail unseen in students and especially teachers that believe they are beyond integration.

The ASI was set up when Jac saw the need for spiritual teachers to have a support resource and also a reference for spiritual teachers to engage with and learn from.

Jac O’Keeffe is a spiritual leader with a unique style. Her teachings include pointers to prior to the non-dual state, and she is clear that non-dual awareness is a stepping stone and not a destination. She has high sense perception abilities that she uses with precision to expose, unravel and heal what creates blockages on our spiritual path and in our understanding. Her teachings also cultivate wisdom, honesty, and integrity. She exposes taboos that are usually avoided in spiritual circles and encourages conversations around issues that are fundamental to our human experience.

Jac’s work is driven by her capacity to envision the possible future of spirituality. Spiritual leadership has been authoritarian for millennia. Perceived as infallible, spiritual teachers were not held accountable. Combine this with an absence of an emphasis on the teacher's personal growth and human evolution, and conditions become ripe for the abuse of power. Now is the time for a systemic change to a new paradigm which is intersectional, inclusive, and mutually receptive. Jac supports the evolution of spiritual leaders and their teaching methods to include accountability and kindness, making spirituality more relevant and applicable to regular life.
