Jack Blackwell was a legend in law enforcement circles. His son Donny Blackwell followed in his footsteps, retiring as the leader of the Violent Crimes & Drug Enforcement Task Force. 
SAC Blackwell also broke Jim Leach into the investigative business and was Leach's boss and mentor for many years.
