Jack Dorsey has resigned from Twitter's Board of Directors, which means everything we've known about the company has changed.

When Dorsey announced his resignation as Twitter CEO in November, he stated that he would remain on the board of directors until 'May-ish' to assist incoming CEO Parag Agrawal and incoming Twitter Board chair Bret Taylor with their transitions. Which, despite the company's major transformations, is unsurprising.
