Jack Hanks is a highly experienced public adjuster who got his start in the contracting world.  After running a successful national general contractor for twenty years, he discovered the the public adjusting industry. Transitioning from contracting to public adjusting was very challenging and Jack discusses in detail his journey including building the public adjuster firm where he works now.
