John Arthur Johnson (March 31, 1878 – June 10, 1946), nicknamed the "Galveston Giant"

A man who you live in a time not of his own not only with his style, attitude and the way he fought.and lived.
From day 1 to his last day he conducted himself and lived as if racism didn't exist despite being unbelievable persecuted from a public, national and even world level love then hate then loved again.
He fought professionally until he was 60! finished with an official record of 70-11-11-3 (35 kos) Some have his record as 113-8-14
His final fight was at 68 Years Old.
All sportsmen that ball out owes it to Jack, He was the first EVERYTHING.
