On our first ever episode, join us as we explore the life of Jack Kevorkian. Known to many as “Dr. Death” or “Jack the Dripper”, Kevorkian contributed to the deaths of 130 people from 1990 to 1998. With a VW van and a $40 suicide machine he set off across Southeast Michigan helping terminally ill and elderly patients end their lives with dignity. After his eight year reign he was Imprisoned for second degree murder in Coldwater, Michigan until 2007 when he was released on good behavior. He spent his remaining years campaigning for assisted suicide and the right to die with dignity. Eventually dying of thrombosis in 2011, he left a lasting impression on the nation with the assisted suicide argument still being debated to this day.
