Ifølge dem som kjente henne, var Mary Kelly den yngste og mest attraktive av Ripperens ofre. Hun ble født rundt 1863 i Limerick i Irland, noe som gjorde henne 25 år gammel da hun ble drept. Hun var høy – rundt 170 cm – og hadde blondt hår, blå øyne og lys hud.
