Being a business owner with no experience is hard enough.  A divorce, market crash and embezzlement by an employee is tough to recover from, but Jacki does not give up.  Without lingering on her misfortune, Jacki creates a unified atmosphere and puts her trust in her team to help her grow her company.  She candidly shares her ups and downs from an owner perspective and has successfully navigated her company to profitability.  Of course, she wants more!  Listen in for some encouragement if you are going through some challenges.
