Stefanie Gorendar is a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Life Coach who specializes in Performance, Motivation & Success at York Region Healing Arts where she is the founder and Clinical Director. She holds a Specialized Honors BA degree in Psychology, a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology and is an Erickson Certified Life Coach. She has also received specialty training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Anxiety Disorders and other mental health challenges at The University of Toronto and has received certified training for crisis intervention counselling for suicide ideation.
