Christian and Jeff tackle Jacob 5, 6 and 7. The Allegory of the Olive Tree, and Jacob's battle of wits with Sherem. We discuss the Olive Tree as ourselves rather than the Gentiles and there are some interesting tid-bits that come out of that conversation. We discuss addiction and how that's a type of idol worship as we give into those temptations, and we finish up by baring testimony of Jacob and his lasting impact on us moving forward. He was Steadfast Warrior for God, and we can look to him for inspiration in our own lives to better ourselves and our families.
