Jacqie McWilliams is in her 8th season of serving as the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Commissioner. Not only is she the first woman to serve in that role, but she is also the first appointed African American Commissioner out of 100 Conferences representing NCAA Division I, II and III.
The CIAA conference is made up of historically black colleges from North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Maryland. This year marks 75 years of the annual basketball tournament. In this episode, Commissioner McWilliams breaks down her playbook for success.
