Detroit-born nternational leadership and etiquette expert, Jacqueline M. Baker joins us to talk about her journey from event planner at Wayne State University, to launching her own events company which eventually morphed into Scarlet Communications. Jacqueline discusses importantance of black professionals in the fundraising and development spaces, as well as the importance of brutal honesty when serving on nonprofit boards.
