A great discussion with Jade Samuels on women entering the logistics / trucking industry. She explains her decision to leave corporate marketing and into entrepreneurship. It is truly inspirational for any women interested in entrepreneurship in fields normally dominated by men.  During the session, I provide Jade with business transformation strategies to grow her model. Jade immediately starts thinking of ways to apply, as part of an exploration for a potential adoption. She also reaches out to the community by sharing her scholarship fund, which is to offer to pay for the CDL license for one candidate per year.  I loved this session!
