Ja'Juan Seider is in his fourth season as the running backs coach at Penn State. It's a long ways away from his days of playing in the muck and leading some of the best teams at Glades Central High School. Seider has become one of the top assistants in college football and is annually rated as one of the top 25 recruiters in the nation.
